PromptMyImage may collect account information, uploaded image data, generation history, technical logs, payment confirmation details and security context needed to provide and protect the service. Security context can include authenticated IP addresses, country, ISP or ASN when enrichment is enabled, browser, operating system, device type and last account activity.

Uploaded images

Uploaded images are used to generate prompt results and support your image-to-prompt workflow. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

Generated prompts and history

Generated prompt results may be stored in your account so you can review, copy and reuse them later.

Payments

Payments are handled by the selected payment provider. PromptMyImage may store payment references, purchase status, pack information and credit balances to provide access to purchased credits.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies for login, security and account features. If analytics are enabled, they should be configured to respect applicable privacy rules.

Security, fraud prevention and moderation

Technical account activity may be reviewed to prevent abuse, investigate payment or generation anomalies, enforce account restrictions and protect other users. Administrative credit adjustments, moderation decisions and IP blocks are recorded in a private audit trail.

Data retention

Account activity, payment records and generation history may be retained as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve support requests and maintain business records. IP history and administrative audit retention are configurable by the site administrator.
